Managing Conflict and Harm Through a Restorative Lens

This two-day training will outline the shifts required in the way we view and manage conflict and harm, and what questions we need to ask ourselves and others when disputes arise in our daily lives. Participants will learn about both proactive and responsive approaches to harm and will be provided resources to support them to begin to use restorative communication practices, respond to harm in a relational way and build connection and trust in their workplaces, families and communities.
