Museum Programs

School tours last between 45 minutes to an hour and we can accommodate upwards of 30 students (with chaperones) per visit. 

In addition to tours, we also offer in-class visits by Museum staff, as well as educations kits upon request. 

Tours and classroom visits can focus on a variety of topics. If there is a specific area you wish to learn about, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Chaperones for school groups are free.
GST will be added to all fees.

Held on the platform of the historic NAR Train station, enjoy a selection of sweet treats from local bakers. Teas are held throughout the summer, tickets are available at the Museum or online.

Learn about the past and stories of Peace River on a guided tour. Explore Pat's Creek, learn about past local residents and their stores at Mount Pleasant Cemetery or learn how downtown has changed through the years.
