Meeting Agenda Overview
The Committee meets alongside appointed members of Town administration, Council, and the local RCMP detachment to discuss community safety priorities, review strategic policing metrics, and handle local safety feedback under the provincial policing framework guidelines.

Council voted to keep the ATCO Gas (32%) and ATCO Electric (12.5%) franchise fees at their current rates for 2027.

This program offers opportunities for local businesses to receive financial assistance for reinvestment in buildings and property throughout town, and also for the development and expansion of tourism-based products and services.
