The Building Stronger Family Program supports families in achieving optimal child growth and development, as well as building healthy, happy parent-child relationships.
Families can access the program at any time beginning in the prenatal stage until the child is 6 years old.
Building Stronger Families facilitators work with the family in their home using a parent driven, goal-based approach with the support of the Growing Great Kids GKI™ home visitation curriculum program. - help in accessing a variety of supports and community connections
We can assist you with….

- Parenting skills and strategies
- Nurturing positive parenting practices
- Connecting with supports and services within your community.
How does the BSF Program work?
When a family signs up for the program they are matched with a Building Stronger Families facilitator. The facilitator will connect with the family and set up an in -person visit. During the first visit, the facilitator will share program information and discuss how they work to support you and your family.
Visits are weekly or bi-weekly depending on what works best for your family and can take place in another designated space than your home if necessary.
All families receive a “Welcome” kit of great resources and materials when they sign up to the program.
