Notice a pothole? Did the streetsweeper miss a road? 

Submit a Service Request is a tool for residents to communicate with the Town about matters of safety, cleanliness, infrastructure issues, and general maintenance. This online form is only meant to be used for non-urgent issues. 

For urgent issues please contact the Town directly at 780-624-2574 or our after hours emergency line for water and sewers issues at 780-624-3085.

Did you know that the Town does not operate the street lights? If this is a matter related to a burnt out street light, etc., please use ATCO's online form: Report a Street Light Issue.
