The report recognizes Peace River’s role as a regional service hub, serving not only local residents but a broader trade area of approximately 25,000 people.

The study found that Peace River has strong retail activity for a community of its size, with an estimated trade area consumer spending of $437 million and potential demand for additional retail and service space over the next decade.
