Starting June 16, assessors from Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc. (MASG) will be in Peace River conducting property assessment inspections. These inspections help ensure property assessment data remains accurate.
Assessors will be walking properties and taking exterior photos, focusing on new subdivisions, recent construction or renovations, and properties with new development or building permits.
Inspections are authorized under Section 294 of the Municipal Government Act and will take place during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
MASG assessors will be in marked vehicles and will carry photo identification. If you have questions, contact MASG at 780-939-3310.
