Two things to note before the calendar changes to 2026:
1. For residents who recently signed up for the Monthly Tax Payment Plan, your payments will begin being automatically withdrawn starting January 2026.
2. For unpaid taxes, there's a penalty of 18% on the unpaid balance by the end of the calendar year.
