Recent break-ins in Peace River highlight the importance of security measures.
The RCMP’s Community Assisted Policing Through Use of Recorded Evidence (CAPTURE) program allows residents and business owners to voluntarily register their security cameras.
By registering, you provide investigators with knowledge of your camera’s location, helping them quickly determine if video evidence is available near a crime scene. Your footage remains private. RCMP will contact you only if they believe your camera may have captured useful evidence. Participation is completely voluntary.
