Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Peace River will hold a Public Hearing before the second reading of Bylaw No. 2162 to amend the Town of Peace River Municipal Development Plan.
Bylaw No. 2162 amends the Town of Peace River Municipal Development Plan Bylaw No. 1874 for the purposes of providing the Development Authority the discretion to consider industrial-garage uses within areas of the downtown where such uses are enabled within a land use district of the land use bylaw.
The Council of the Town of Peace River has given first reading to Bylaw No 2162 and will hold a public hearing as follows:
