NOTICE OF BYLAW AMENDMENT
BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF PEACE RIVER LAND USE BYLAW NO. 1891
Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Peace River will hold a Public Hearing before the second reading of Bylaw No. 2172 to amend the Town of Peace River Land Use Bylaw.
Bylaw No. 2172 redistricts:
- Plan 9221058, Block 1, Lot 18;
- Plan 1121857
from Light Industrial District (M-1) to Highway Commercial District (C-2) (shown in Schedule A).
The Council of the Town of Peace River has given first reading to Bylaw No. 2172 and will hold a public hearing as follows:
5:00pm Monday, April 7, 2025
Council Chambers 9911-100 St Peace River, AB
The proposed bylaws may be viewed at the Town Office during normal office hours or on the Town website at www.peaceriver.ca/news.
