Our team of Community Peace Officers investigates and responds to bylaw concerns. These include animal control, noise complaints, public disturbances, traffic, loitering, encampments, parking and more.
Why did we make this change?
This new dedicated number helps our team keep complaint calls separate from other calls for our Protective Services administration team. Along with the phone number change, we’ve improved how complaint calls are tracked and how case files are created.
