Potholes are starting to show up around town as the snow melts, and we know some of them are rough.
Right now, our Public Works crews are prioritizing water issues across town, as we work to manage the spring melt and prepare for river break-up.
We are addressing the biggest potholes though. Depending on the situation, those may be temporarily filled with gravel or marked so they’re easier to avoid.
With the ground still wet and temperatures fluctuating, anything placed right now won’t hold for long. Once things dry out and stabilize, we'll be implementing more permanent fixes.
If you come across a pothole, you can report it on our website so we have it tracked. Reports are logged, and anything urgent will be looked at as quickly as possible.
