As we continue to manage spring break-up, we've closed the parking lot at the mouth of Pat's Creek (Riverfront Park) and barricaded the roadway to the river, and we've closed 12 Foot Davis Events Park.
Please avoid these areas, and please stay away from the river during break-up.
River levels have been observed to be rising this morning and may fluctuate quickly.
