The Fall 2025 Curbside Cleanup is on for September 22-26, 2025!
Each year, the Town organizes a community-wide large item pickup in spring and fall.
This service is for residential utility customers only.
How it works: Residents place large items out for pickup by Monday morning; then our garbage contractor makes its way through town during the week, collecting items and bringing them to the landfill.
Everything must be left out front of your property by 7am Monday, September 22. The contractor drives through town on Monday, strategizes the pickups, and then executes throughout the week.
Anything placed after Monday has no guarantee of being picked up.
A couple notes:
- No “put and take” weekend ahead of the collection this time.
- Fridges, freezers, and air conditioners must be tagged free of refrigerants by a certified technician, or they won’t be picked up.
Maximum size of items is 3 metres and 200 pounds.
