Any person engaged in a business, calling, trade, occupation or profession within the corporate limits of the Town of Peace River must hold a valid and subsisting Business License and pay the prescribed fees.

Business License Fees:
(Subject to Change Without Notice)

• One Day License - $50.00
• Yearly Resident - $150.00
• Yearly Regional - $200.00
• Yearly Non-Resident - $300.00

Home Occupation:

• Primary Income - $150.00
• Secondary Income - $100.00
• Transfer Fee - $20.00

Once the initial business license fee is paid, businesses are invoiced yearly in January. If a business license is no longer needed, written notification for cancellation of a business license is required. Please note that the Town of Peace River does not have prorated fees.
